Rachel Clare is committed to developing high quality, gourmet, low fat, nutritious and fresh food, bursting with flavour; and to educate about the preparation of such food. As of 2010, Rachel has re-located to the Northern Territory and will no longer be catering or teaching classes in Sydney. In August, Rachel will be publishing an on line cookbook, full of quick and easy to prepare delicious vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, nutritious food with easy to follow directions.
